Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Our 4-Step Return Process

1 · Start Your Return
Open the chat widget and click "Start a Return" to receive instructions on where to send your package. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

2 · Ship Your Order
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any applicable duties or taxes.

3 · Inspection
We inspect your order to ensure it’s in proper working condition. If the item shows wear, store credit will be issued.

4 · Refund/Gift Card
Refunds, partial refunds, or store credits will be issued within 10-15 business days. ELG reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
To Be Eligible for a Return
- Your light fixture must be in the same condition it was received.
- The light fixture must be unused.
- Your return should include all items that were in the original package.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items returned within 30 days will be eligible for a refund back to the original method of payment (or a refund in store credit if selected).

⚠️ Damages and Issues ›
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 15 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide photos/videos for our team to assess and resolve the issue. If you wish to return the item, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Replacements will be sent free of charge with the required documentation.
📦 Open Box Items ›
Currently available to U.S. customers only, open-box items are returned and inspected products sold at a discount. They come with a warranty but are final sale and non-refundable. If you encounter issues, we will assist with replacements. Any exchanges for new items will require price adjustments.
🛠️ Warranty ›
Our fixtures come with warranties covering manufacturing defects, not wear and tear. You may need to provide evidence (photos/videos) for assessment. The warranty covers one incident. Extended warranties are available for longer coverage.
🔁 Exchanges ›
Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or broken items. For other exchanges, return the item and place a new order separately. Return shipping costs are not covered.
💲 Refund Due to Non-Delivery ›
If you don’t receive your package within 80 business days, contact us for a full refund. ELG Lighting is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, and shipping costs for re-shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
